General Terms and Conditions for Reserving Tickets/Seats via the Internet
- Art.1 The use of the website allows the customer, within the availability of items and the limitations determined by the organization, to reserve one or more items for the events offered on the website and to receive them.
- Art.2 The website allows the customer to reserve one or more seats until the date determined by the organization or until the available quantity is exhausted.
- Art.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, reserving seats implies the customer's acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
- Art.4 The website administrator aims to prevent all forms of fraud, deception, and misuse, as well as to avoid any discrimination regarding access and use of the website. Taking this into account, the organization and the administrator disclaim any responsibility if the customer fails to complete the payment or provides incorrect information at the time of booking one or more seats.
- Art.5 The customer is, in any case, responsible for executing the payment and providing the necessary information.
- Art.6 The price indicated on the website at checkout includes all taxes and charges. The customer must pay this amount to the organization using the available payment methods offered during the ordering process, no later than seven (7) days after receiving the ticket(s). If payment is made through a direct payment method (such as VISA, MASTERCARD, etc.), the customer authorizes the administrator or its partner(s) to process the payment and transfer the funds to the administrator or the organization.
- Art.7 No later than seven (7) business days after receipt of payment, the customer will receive the tickets via a link sent by email. The customer is expected to print and keep these tickets safely. Upon request, they must be presented at the event.
- Art.8 Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Art.9 By reserving seats via the website and providing their information to the administrator and the organization, the customer agrees that this data may be used solely to inform them about new events. The customer may, at any time, request to opt out of this service and/or review and correct their data if desired.
- Art.10 If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or partially unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected and retain their full effect, minus the disputed clauses, insofar as possible.
- Art.11 Any complaints must be submitted in writing via registered mail within three (3) days following the visit to the website to the address of the organization mentioned in Art.13 and must be duly substantiated.
- Art.12 In the event of a dispute, only the Commercial Court of Leuven has jurisdiction, with proceedings conducted in the Dutch language, and only Belgian law shall apply.
- Art.13 The organization behind this website is Lokerse Feesten vzw, Eekstraat 343, B-9160 Lokeren, Belgium.
- Art.14 The organization of the FESTIVAL (including but not limited to the lineup, date, and location of various performances) is the sole responsibility of the ORGANIZER, excluding the TICKET DISTRIBUTOR, who is only responsible for ticket sales and processing. Changes in the program do not entitle the ticket holder to a full or partial refund. The ORGANIZER is not liable for the cancellation and/or termination of the FESTIVAL due to force majeure (including but not limited to exceptional weather conditions, illness, death, or absence of an artist). Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable for another event or festival day. Loss or theft of the ticket is the responsibility of the BUYER/VISITOR and does not entitle them to a replacement or refund. Additional arrangements related to travel to the FESTIVAL, food, and accommodation made by the BUYER/VISITOR at their own initiative remain at their own expense. The FESTIVAL is not liable for any additional costs beyond the ticket price and related booking fees.
